What we do to protect minors
At the time of ordering we process checks automatically to ensure the payment method the customer is using is over the age of 18, if you are over the age of 18 and your order fails then please check with your bank to ensure your account has been upgraded to an adult card, this is the most common issue with orders failing especially if you have just turned 18 recently.
From time to time we may manually check random orders which will cause delays in shipping your order, if this is the case we will notify you to let you know we are performing the checks. From time to time we may ask you to provide ID via email (digital format)
